Returns Policy

Return of goods must be within 5 days of receiving the delivery note or invoice whichever is
received by you, the customer, first. To enable Arpel to issue a refund the goods must be in its original packaging and condition, this is to ensure the goods are fit for resale. 
If the packaging is damaged in any way you, the customer, may incur handling charges.

Arpel are not responsible for the postage charges.

Prior contact with Arpel’s office 01562 513917 must be made before goods are returned.

 

Delivery Information

Arpel delivers orders using Road Transport Courier Service. This is to ensure the goods are delivered safely and effectively to customers. We offer an option to upgrade to an AM delivery for an extra charge to you, the customer, and this can be arranged by selecting the appropriate delivery options when you make your purchase.

Orders are dispatched using 24/48 hour Road Transport Courier Service for UK Mainland.

Offshore orders can be delivered for an extra charge, including Southern Ireland.

Deliveries must be signed for on delivery, no shipments are left without a signature. Should the delivery not be possible at the designated address a card will be left by the courier informing you, the customer that by making contact with the courier a further delivery can be made at a more suitable time. Alternatively you, the customer, may arrange collection from the local courier depot, please remember that you will need the delivery card that shows the relevant consignment shipping number along with your proof of personal identification. Following a second unsuccessful delivery, the goods will be held at the local depot for 5 days awaiting collection by you, the customer. No further deliveries will be attempted by the courier company on behalf of Arpel. Failure to collect the goods in the 5 days will result in the goods being returned to Arpel.
You, the customer, have the responsibility to provide Arpel with a private or third party business address where a stated contact should be in a position to sign for the delivery of your order. You, the customer, should make all necessary arrangements to take delivery of any shipment from Arpel, as no carriage charge will be refunded should the goods remain undelivered, following all steps being taken by Arpel to deliver.

 

The risk for the goods supplied to you, the customer, from Arpel passes to you, the customer. We accept no responsibility for loss, damage or deterioration of the goods from the time and date of the delivery.
The delivery charge shown on the customer invoice is only a contribution to the cost of shipping & packaging.
